About Anne Crowe Kroger, FSMPS, MBA
President
Recipient of SMPS’ highest leadership award, Chapter President of the Year, Anne Crowe Kroger is a consummate relationship builder. If she doesn’t know you yet, she will. She’ll get to know your story and openly share hers for building a career and a life. She’ll help you to do the same.
Her father used to say that Anne could sell anything to anyone. That’s because she learned early on that the key to successful relationships is to care more about the other person than yourself. She’s honed that ability into building deep, lasting relationships. And, over the course of her 30-year career at firms such as CannonDesign, Walker Consultants, and Sebago Technics, she revamped marketing and business development departments to strategically pursue clients and win more work. She’ll teach you to do the same!
A world traveler, to some far-flung destinations, her favorite destination is the one yet to discover. Through traveling the world after the sudden death of her first husband, Anne rebuilt a life – a life she previously never dreamed possible. Today, she shares a mountain home with her new husband and two step daughters. She truly lives by the adage, “life is an adventure.”
A Fellow of SMPS, Anne holds an MBA with high honors from Northeastern University and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Mary Washington. She sits on boards at both institutions.
Anne is a regular speaker and guest lecturer at regional and national conferences as well as her alma mater.
